How much does a stainless steel railing cost in Nepal?
Stainless steel railing cost in Nepal depends on the grade (SS 202 or SS 304), pipe diameter, infill type (glass, laser-cut panel, or vertical bar), and running length. We quote per running foot after a free site measurement in Kathmandu Valley, so you get a fixed number rather than an estimate that moves during installation.
Do you fabricate and install railings outside Kathmandu?
Yes. We fabricate in our Teku, Kathmandu workshop and transport finished sections nationwide — Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Dharan, and Hetauda are all on our regular routes. For out-of-valley projects we work from your drawings or a surveyor's measurements and send a fixing team with the delivery.
Can you match a railing or gate design from a photo?
Usually yes. Send us a reference photo and the opening dimensions and we will produce a shop drawing for approval before cutting. Because patterns are cut on our 6KW fiber laser rather than bought in, we can reproduce or adapt almost any design in stainless steel, mild steel, or aluminium.
What is the difference between powder coating and paint for outdoor metalwork?
Powder coating is baked on and holds up far better against Nepal's monsoon humidity and UV than air-dried paint, which is why we specify it for balcony railings, gates, grills, and pergolas. Duco or enamel paint is appropriate for interior metalwork or where an exact custom shade is needed.
