What does ACP cladding cost per square foot in Nepal?
ACP cladding in Nepal is priced per square foot and varies with the sheet brand and thickness, the sub-frame specification, working height, and how much folding and grooving the design needs. We quote the complete system — sheet, sub-frame, fabrication, and fixing — so there is no separate labour bill added later.
Do you supply ACP sheets only, or the full installed facade?
We work as a facade contractor rather than a sheet trader: CNC V-grooving, folding, sub-frame fabrication, and installation are all ours. That matters because most ACP failures in Nepal are sub-frame and fixing failures, not sheet failures, and a single accountable fabricator removes the finger-pointing.
How long does an ACP facade last in Nepal's climate?
A correctly specified PVDF-coated ACP panel on a properly drained, correctly fixed sub-frame holds colour and flatness for many years through monsoon and UV exposure. The variables that shorten that are thin sheets, an under-specified frame, and fixing that traps water — which is exactly why we quote the system rather than the sheet.
Can you combine laser-cut Jali screens with ACP cladding on one facade?
Yes, and it is one of our most requested combinations. Because both the fiber laser and the ACP grooving run in the same Teku workshop, the Jali screen, its frame, and the surrounding ACP panels are set out together — so reveals line up and the two materials meet cleanly on site.
